Professional Development Workshops
Let's Collaborate
Fairfield Museum educators can collaborate with K-12 administrators and teachers to design customized professional development workshops. These can include lessons on inquiry-based teaching, utilizing primary source documents, integrating current exhibitions into classroom curriculum, and more. Topics to be explored in specialized, content-rich sessions include the American Revolution, the rise of industrialization and immigration, the diverse stories of people in this area, including those of Black and Indigenous communities, and much more.
